Project Name: Sewage Treatment Plant for Government Guest House
Location: Bangalore
Sector: Residential Apartment Guest House
Completed by: Varuna
Project Duration: Completed in just 15 Days
Traditional Method Timeline: Typically requires 90+ Days with civil work
Varuna successfully executed a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) installation for a Government Guest House in Bangalore, overcoming significant civil and structural challenges. Traditionally, STP construction with conventional civil work consumes a minimum of 90 days, involving complex stages like excavation, levelling, matting, wall formation, curing, and slab casting.
However, we adopted an innovative approach using Precast RCC technology, enabling us to complete the entire project in just 15 days—a benchmark in speed, precision, and quality.
This modern technique helped us bypass the usual delays caused by hard rock excavation and extended curing time, providing faster assembly without compromising structural integrity. Our monolithic mould process eliminated honeycombing risks and allowed seamless fabrication and quick deployment.
In addition to faster construction, we used top-grade electromechanical materials to ensure operational reliability, longer service life, and ease of maintenance—perfectly tailored to the specific needs of the guest house infrastructure.
Challenge Areas:
Excavation through hard rock
Levelling of excavated terrain
Steel matting, wall boundary preparation, curing, and top slab casting
Technology Used: Precast RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete)
Advantages of Precast RCC:
Rapid execution with significantly reduced construction time
Higher quality and durability compared to traditional methods
Manufactured using monolithic moulds to eliminate honeycombs
Customizable design as per project needs
Material Quality:
Used top-grade electromechanical components for enhanced reliability and life span
